2nd forum of CGHS Anime Club/Backup forum

Because Forumotion.com only gives us super limited disc usage space I thought I might make a backup one and all.

The new forum is installed on a MySQL server so no more limited themes and all those boring stuff. OTL.
For now it will just be a back-up forum when this forum is down, for example, when the server is going under a maintenance.

I won't be putting the link up yet.
Still going through some changes. The forum categories will be similar to the ones here but less categories to make it simple.
You might think that making another forum was completely a waste of time and useless, but really?
If we are going to keep the Anime club alive for at least 2 more years then we'd definitely need a better forum on a better server with more band-width and disc usage space.

Lol i think that most things can be gotten rid of o.o
for the new web i suppose just the link to main forum and also announcements + Suggestions box should do o.o so we can simplify it to just that much if its not too hard?

i put a few extra categories just in case when diz server goes down for wateva reason.
Also the new forum is phpBB3, not phpBB2 like diz one 8D
